As a therapist and a coach I'm quiet pragmatic about personal change which means that I'll work with you in whatever ways works best for you, integrating person-centred, hypno-psychotherapeutic, coaching and neuro-linguistic approaches.

I'm not going to just sit and smile at you and say nice things or just repeat everything that you say.  I am person-centred throughout so you can expect to be treated with dignity and respect.  I will be uncritical, unlike the self-criticism that you probably experience yourself.  I will do my best to understand your world from your point of view because it is only by doing so that will be able to help you find your understanding and your answers.
